Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Aurora on France) building in Edina, MN!
Nursing schedule includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN or LPN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Qualifications
Required:
Current MN RN license or by start date or LPN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of NursingAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers(3 week grace period for BLS)Preferred:
