Position Summary: 

The LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse functions under the direction of the provider/RN, following a medical Model of care. They will help perform and systematically document patient findings, utilizing all available information, reporting to the provider/RN the information that is gathered. They will help anticipate changes in the patients condition and perform additional monitoring as needed.
