Long Term Care/Rehab – LPN (Per-Diem) – Local Contract

Location: Brockton, MA

Duration: PRN/Ongoing

Start Date: ASAP

Facility Type: Long Term Care

Hours: Per-Diem

Shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

8 hour shifts (16 hours/week minimum requirement)

Requirements:

COVID Vaccine + Booster Flu Vaccine Minimum required hours/week – 16 Additional Details: 

Requires 2 years of Long Term Care – LPN Experience

Pay Rate:

Local Rate: $41/hour
