Required Qualifications:
Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE: Teaching Experience.Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of LTC geriatric experience preferred. Experience as a staff nurse with LTC. Supervisory experience with nursing assistants. Experience with an interdisciplinary team. 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE: Three to five years direct care experience; MDS/RAI Experience.Why Join Providence?
