Team Collaboration Watching the patient growth and development Highly talented Clinical Team Diverse Clientele Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities Completes medical screening and/or assessment of new clients immediately upon admission according to level of care procedures. Monitors medication process for all patients, supervising self-administration process. Prepares Medication Administration Record (MAR). Provides on-going consumer education (group and individual) regarding medications. Meets quality expectations of accuracy, completeness, and is responsive to feedback. Education and Experience Unencumbered LPN license to practice in state of Georgia. Experience working psychiatric/addiction is preferred.
