Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a LPN (Acute Rehabilitation) that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position:  LPN – Rehabilitation

Location:  Winston-Salem, NC

Schedule:

Day & Night Shift available, 36 hours per week 6:45am – 7:15pm  6:45pm – 7:15am Every other weekend requirement Start Date: 3/10 or 3/17

Duration:

13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

Requirements:

LPN in North Carolina or Compact state Acute Rehabilitation Experience preferred Kind, Passionate and flexible team player Customer service oriented, passionate to help others Strong communication and documentation skills

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse – Clinic Site works in a remote clinic location to serve a specific population’s nursing needs. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in providing safe, quality patient care. 

Minimum Requirements:
