Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing. Heart Failure Clinic (HC6): Annual education on current concepts in management of Heart Failure. Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire. New Mexico Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire. 1 year Cardiac Cath Lab Holding Area: Experience as an LVN in a Critical Care area.
