JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIESEducation:  Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing.Licensure:  Licensed in the State of Indiana.  CPR certification.Experience:  One or more years experience as LPN in a hospital or ambulatory care setting is preferred.
