Job Title: LPN Nurse Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LPN Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and preparing patients for provider examinations and treatments, maintaining equipment, and engaging in patient and family education to achieve desired outcomes. This role also involves rooming patients, taking vitals, calling patients with lab results, and performing blood draws. Responsibilities + Greet and prepare patients for provider examinations and treatments. + Properly maintain equipment before and after procedures. + Engage in patient and family teaching to achieve desired patient outcomes. + Room patients and take vitals. + Call patients with lab results. + Perform blood draws. Essential Skills + LPN Certification required + IV Certification (IV Therapy) required + Basic Life Support (BLS) required + Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically EPIC + Experience in family care, triage, and patient education Additional Skills & Qualifications + Open to brand new LPNs + Experience in any clinic setting or primary care + Specialty experience in G.I, Cardio, Surgery, or Mental Health + Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or military equivalent + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Strong critical thinking skills + Ability to multitask + Technology savvy Work Environment The work environment includes multiple specialties within a physicians clinic. The role requires working Monday to Friday in 8-hour day shifts. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $33.02 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
