Summary Sign-On Bonus Eligible!!! Performs a wide variety of activities which may include both direct patient care, as well as office functions, depending on the size of the assigned area. Direct patient care may include working with patients of all ages, in person and over the phone, completing tasks involving the use of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation skills. All patient care is provided under the direct supervision of the physician and/or mid-level provider. LPNs may also engage in worker's compensation case management and reception activities, greeting and assisting patients and visitors, and help complete the business side of a patient visit. Qualifications Education Diploma of Practical Nursing is required Experience 1-2 years of experience as an LPN required in a clinical setting or case management role Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed LPN in the state of practice is required CPR certification is required Certification as a breathe DOT substance testing collector within 30 days of employment is required Certification as an urine DOT substance testing collector within 30 days of employment is required.
