Summary
We are looking for an LPN for our Occupational Health Clinic:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides care to Moffitt Team members in accordance with established Occupational
Health guidelines, nursing care standards, and Moffitt Policy & Procedures. Coordinates, provides, and documents
direct team member/ patient care in accordance with established standards & regulatory guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
Minimum Required: High School Diploma/GED Preferred: AssociatesLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Minimum Required: Valid Florida LPN, and BLS Minimum of 1 year direct patient care experience Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience Experience with various computer software programs Preferred: Minimum of 1 year Occupational Health experience Minimum of 3 years direct patient care experience Minimum of 1 year for ambulatory services such as clinics DOT certification for Urine and Breath Alcohol Testing Experience with qualitative and quantitative Respirator Fit Testing Bilingual (English/ Spanish).
