Job Overview: Our sites qualify for the National Health Service Corps loan repaymentDirect Patient Care:Verify patient information, obtain vitals & document in EMRInteract with patient to obtain medical history & document in EMREnsure all reports/labs are availableConduct motivational interviewsInternal and external referralsFollow-up on cancelled/no show appointmentsCoordinate prescription refill and medication administrationPerform medical assessment and interventionsQualifications/Skills:Current LPN/RN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana (Required)Current Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)Prefer experience in behavioral health careEmployment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Starting Salary Range: LPN - $ – $ per hour; up to 3% annual increaseRN - $50,230 - $71,240 per year; up to 3% annual increase
