Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on EligibilityLPN Ortho Spine Full Time Days Position Summary Performs basic data collection in documenting and identifying deviations. Performs routine patient care assignments using established standards of care. THE LPN ORTHO SPINE FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved program of practical nursing with an Associates degree. Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State LPN License from the state in which you reside is required.
