LPN -Full or part time $30 per hour Who You Are:
Possession of a current and valid license as a practical nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions preferred. Experience working in a residential group setting a plus. Basic computer skills - MS Word, Outlook preferred. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license is required. CPR certification required within first three months of hire.
What You Will Do:
The LPN will work with a team including a Registered Nurse, Residential Managers and staff to ensure the health of the individuals in the home. Responsibilities will include implementation of ISP objectives and healthcare plans. This may include assisting with tube feeding and tube medication administration, wound care, catheter and ostomy care, diabetes management, attending medical appointments, participating in ADL skill development etc. The LPN will participate in other duties as directed by Residential Management staff.
