Position: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / RN)
Compensation: Starting at $30+/hour or more based on experience and certification
Schedule: 7a-7p
Location: Wayne, NE

Overview: The Aventure Healthcare Team is currently seeking an LPN or RN to join a community hospital and clinic in Northeast Nebraska. This facility is newly remodeled with a 24/7 ER department and clinic attached. All available shifts are 12 hours, starting at 7am. This position is due to last through at least the end of October.  If you prefer long-term care, we are also seeking an RN for a facility near Wayne County. Those hours are 6a-6p and it will likely last through at least November.   

 

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patient conditions Record observations and vital signs Administer medications and injections Draw blood samples as needed Assist patients with daily activities such as eating, dressing, and bathing Clean and bandage wounds as necessary Assist in moving and repositioning patients Teach patients and their families how to manage illnesses or injuries Consult and collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
