Schedules are based on the client and the family needs. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Complete assessments, medication administration, and provide therapies, treatments, and interventions as scheduled in accordance with the plan of care and physician’s orders. + Partner with all members of the interdisciplinary team including the family, ensuring a constant flow of communication regarding the client’s cares, changes in condition, developmental goals, etc. + Provide support and education to clients and families to help them be successful. + Build rapport and trust with clients, families, school or other caregivers, the office team, and peers to facilitate effective communication and build relationships. + Complete timely charting through our electronic medical record system. + Keep up to date with the client’s plan of care, changes in conditions, physician’s orders, family, or caregiver requests, etc. + Advocate for the client and family to promote and support growth and development.
