Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN.Monitor resident vitals, administer medications, and assist with treatments.Assist with daily living activities and resident care as needed.Work collaboratively with nursing leadership and community interdisciplinary team to communicate resident progress and concerns.Document resident care accurately and maintain electronic medical records.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for colleagues, residents, and visitors.Act as a liaison between the nursing team, providers, and residents and their family members.Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and infection control standards and protocols.

Required:

Pay Range:$24.00 - $30.10

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
