This organization is one of the largest nephrology physician practices in the US, providing top-tier care to patients with kidney disease and supporting treatment plans for the best quality of life. With over 170 physicians and nurse practitioners, they serve thousands of patients, and their demand continues to rapidly increase.

Position Details:

Role: Telephonic Triage NurseLocation: Fort WayneSchedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday (No weekends or holidays)Environment: Clinical office-based

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license2+ years of nursing experience in a specialty unit or physician officeExperience in supporting patients and physiciansNephrology, Dialysis, or Cardiology is preferred
