LPN Evening Supervisor 3pm-11pm

Job Duties:

Supervise the facility on off shifts. Handle computer work, documentation, and staffing issues. Phone calls to families, medical and DON as the need many arise. 

Requirements Include:

Must hold valid LPN License. Basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills.
