Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or per diem, with shifts open around the clock. Key Responsibilities: + Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and care associates. + Provide high-quality care by making frequent rounds, ensuring continuity of care, and documenting all pertinent information. + Observe residents’ overall conditions and behaviors, always demonstrating a passion for serving seniors. + Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to ensure optimal resident care. + Conduct regular health and wellness checks for residents. + Assist in the development and ongoing updates of individual service plans. + Maintain clear and open communication with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs.
