Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit. Coordinate resident care plans in collaboration with RNs and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure staff compliance with care plans, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage. Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families. Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Current and active LPN license in New York State. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Prior experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting preferred. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
