Responsibilities:

Adhere to internal and system-wide competencies, behaviors, policies, and procedures for efficient work processes. Actively participate in monthly/departmental meetings, contributing ideas for operational improvements. Maintain competence through continuing education and relevant learning experiences, documenting all training. Conduct patient interviews to address healthcare queries, provide counseling using available resources. Administer medications and vaccines as per physician orders, staying updated on immunization requirements. Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients and families. Assist physicians during patient examinations and perform specialized procedures as required. Obtain and interpret information considering age-specific patient needs. Sterilize office equipment, manage stock supplies, and maintain accurate records. Perform laboratory duties ensuring compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations.
