Job Opening: LPN Home Care Nursing Job – must be licensed LPN (or RN)
Location: client in Buffalo NY (North Buffalo area)
Rates:  $40 / hour
Available Shifts: every Saturday 7pm-7am AND every Sunday 7pm-7am
(every other weekend shifts are NOT an option)

**We are offering an enhanced rate to a nurse willing to commit to both the Saturday AND the Sunday 7pm to 7am shifts every week.**

Provide nursing care for a client on a ventilator in Buffalo NY.  Duties include personal care including feeding, bowel regimen, transfer with Hoyer, extensive turning & positioning, ventilator care, feeding tube care, and medication management.    View job description »

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a LPN (or RN) currently licensed to practice in New York State, with at least six months experience as a LPN or RN and/or competent in knowledge and skills based on successful completion of the pre-employment nursing test and demonstration of skills. Must be competent in all skills required on assignment following case orientation and on the job training. Current certification in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is required. Must have reliable transportation. This position requires the completion of health examination and required tests/immunizations and the completion of annual health assessment thereafter to certify that the incumbent is free of communicable disease and physically capable of performing assigned duty.
