Responsibilities:

Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasksAssist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)Provide routine house cleaning, and laundry, and assist with meal preparationTransport clients to appointments and daily errandsAssist client with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring)Observe and report any changes in the client's condition

Qualifications:

One year of in-home care services experienceAble to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation. If you are using a car, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required.Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructionsGood communication skillsReliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organizedComfortable using a cell phone

Three references (2 professional and 1 personal) will be required at the time of application.
