Job Title: LTAC Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Durham, NC Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) Pay: + Travelers: $1968 per week + Locals (within 50 miles): $48-$50 per hour Start Date: December 2, 2024 Contract Length: 13 weeks Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for both local and traveling nurses looking to make a significant impact in patient care. Responsibilities: + Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an LTAC setting. + Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments. + Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. + Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times. + Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications: + Active RN license in North Carolina. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU, PCU, Stepdown, or LTAC settings preferred. + Strong critical thinking and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + BLS and ACLS certifications required.
