Job Title: LTAC Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Durham, NC

Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)

Pay:

Travelers: $1968 per week Locals (within 50 miles): $48-$50 per hour

Start Date: December 2, 2024

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for both local and traveling nurses looking to make a significant impact in patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an LTAC setting. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in North Carolina. Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU, PCU, Stepdown, or LTAC settings preferred. Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. BLS and ACLS certifications required.
