Travelers: $2075/Week Local (within 50 miles): $50/Hour

Job Description: Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurses (LTAC RNs) for a facility in Durham, NC. This is a 13-week contract position with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We have two openings available, and the start date is March 3rd.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of North Carolina. Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTAC, ICU, or PCU. BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
