\nPosition Summary:
\nThe Lull Driver / Team lead will fall under the direction supervision of the Facilities Supervisor. You will be responsible for ensuring the completion of all assigned duties to members of your team, observe proper equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/or safety issues/concerns. Additionally, you will provide accurate and timely feedback to supervisor regarding any issues or problems that may arise during daily activities.
\nEssential Duties, Functions and responsibilities:
\n· Remove birds that arrive deceased when needed (several times throughout your shift)
\n· Bring to dump any red condemned meat and other condemned meat in trailer that doesn’t go in v-ram
\n· Deliver supplies to other departments (RTE and CAS several times throughout your shift)
\n· Clean RTE trash room area when dumpster is pulled (GFL)
\n· Move recyclable materials to specific area” bone yard” and put in proper trailers
\n· Remove pallets around plant, bring to bone yard and put in pallet trailer
\n· Keep v-ram pad clean and call for v-ram trailer change out when necessary
\n· Notify facilities supervisor when recyclable trailer is full
\n· Help trash room attendants clean up outside trash room when dumpster is pulled
\n· Pull separated cardboard from café compactor and take to trash room to be baled
\n· Keep bone yard recycle area clean
\n\n
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
\n· Experience operating: Lull Forklift and/or Electric Pallet Jack
\n· Must be able to become certified in operating Lull Forklift and Electric pallet jack
\n· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
\n· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n· Ability to communicate effectively

Physical Requirements:
\n· Standing 8 – 10 hours per day.
\n· Lifting up to 50 lbs.
\n· Bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting.
\nWorking Conditions/Department Description:
\n· May work in hot/cold and indoor/outdoor environment
