**Job Title: Lumber Yard Worker**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Lumber Yard Worker to join our team. The role involves building orders of lumber, loading these orders onto trucks, and tracking incoming and outbound deliveries. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with both customers and internal co-workers. While a CDL is preferred, we offer CDL training post-contract, with a requirement to reimburse the training cost if you leave the company.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build orders of lumber and load them onto trucks.
+ Track incoming and outbound deliveries.
+ Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal co-workers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Material handling
+ Experience in the construction industry (carpentry, concrete, excavating, etc.)
+ Experience operating a forklift
+ Yard experience
+ General labor
+ Building material handling
+ Work order management
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in lumber is highly preferred.
+ Skid loader operation
+ CDL (preferred but not mandatory, with training available)

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
