What We Offer $19 per hour, 1st shift $20 per hour, 2nd shift 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement On-the-job training Referral program What We’re Looking For 6+ months of warehouse experience Strong attention to detail Ability to bend and twist Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift What You’ll Do as a Lumper Unload shipping containers and load outbound trucks Hand stack RPCs on pallets to the appropriate height, following inventory control instructions Examine products for quality standards Ensure all trash and debris are removed before returning to the customer Wrap sorted pallets and secure for shipment Move pallets, materials on pallets, or crates around the storage facility Perform other tasks as assigned
