THE JOB:

The Luxury Experience coordinator will provide upbeat, personalized service from first guest contact until reservation(s) completion for all luxury accommodations located within MGM Resorts International Las Vegas properties. The overarching goal of this position is to encourage and foster repeat business by demonstrating outstanding guest service that reflects our five‐star, five‐diamond service culture in every customer interaction. This position acts as a liaison between Front Office Departments and Executive Offices ensuring all guests are treated as VIPs.

THE STARTING RATE: $20 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Support the coordination of the suite approval process, ensuring all necessary elements are completed and information is communicated promptly and clearly to both guests and team members.

Proactively anticipate guest needs and engage with them to identify potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, recommending tailored features and benefits to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.

Possess in-depth knowledge of MGM Resorts’ properties, including locations, amenities, services, and offerings across the brand.

Build and nurture strong relationships with Chairman Club members by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining open, effective communication.

Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns within the scope of authority, while escalating issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1+ Years of Prior Concierge, Front Desk, or relevant experience.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience of Concierge or Front Desk in a 5‐star or 5‐diamond property.
