Luxury Services Coordinator - Signia by Hilton San Jose

Signia by Hilton San Jose is looking for a Luxury Services Coordinator to join their Sales and Marketing Team! Across the street from Plaza de César Chávez Park and within walking distance of the San Jose Convention Center, Signia by Hilton San Jose offers a prime location in the capital of Silicon Valley. This property is setting the stage for a new class of business travel, with over 55,000 sq. ft. of meeting and function space and over 1,000 hotel rooms.
The ideal candidate will have min. 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role in Events, Catering or Hotel setting, is proficient working with computers, Microsoft Office and has impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with Delphi FDC and luxury or high-end environments, is highly preferred, but not necessary.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, starting as early as 8AM and ending as late as 4.30PM, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay Rate: The hourly rate for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

\n\nSupport the Commercial Team by managing Delphi FDC and the incoming lead funnel.   \nAssigns leads as per assigned markets.  Coordinate and execute group and catering sales site visits and VIP guest experiences.  \nWorks in conjunction with Operations Teams and Sales Managers to ensure a flawless execution of each inspection.\nAssigns and enters Inquiries and Bookings for Commercial Team.   \nManage the Site Visit Process\nManage VIP Program\nCoordinate Projects and activities for commercial team.\n
