The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a Suites Supervisor to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. As a Suites Supervisor, you will ensure all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while guests receive the highest quality of customer service.

What will you do? Supervises and coordinates activities of the suites on a per-shift basis, including training and enforcing work procedures and service standards. Observes, evaluates, and documents the job performance of associates and assists with personnel performance. Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately. Ensures all areas remain clean, sanitized, and safe. Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management. Estimates, requests, and inspects supplies and inventory. Ensures accuracy of all deliveries. Adheres to and enforces inventory and labor control measures. Performs opening and closing procedures for assigned areas. Performs other duties as assigned. More about you A minimum of two years experience in a food service position required Previous cashier experience required Previous supervisory experience preferred Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPaths Universal Service Standards Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory Physical requirements Standing and walking for entire length of shift, twist at waist, bending and squatting.
