Service Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed. The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Services division in San Luis Potosi.You will be mainly accountable for:•Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.•Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including requested on-time delivery.•Acting as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.•Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.•Ensure spare parts reception in our warehouse and/or manufacturing site, coordinating deliveries to the end customer.
Qualifications for the roleBachelors degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical engineering.2+ Years experience working with LV & MV products required.POs handling and coordination of material receipt and delivery.SAP proficiency.Advanced English.
