Job Description:
  Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons in their home.  
Qualifications: Licensed LVN in the State of Texas 1+ years’ Experience as a LVN CPR Certified EMR Experience Required Clinical Experience - preferred Effective written and verbal communication Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to multi-task Positive attitude and team player Clean background and drug screen
