Responsibilities
The Staff LVN is a practitioner who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing, patient care, and the ability to practice independently within the confines of educational preparation, physician orders, and as assigned and supervised by a registered nurse.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience Required
State-licensed LVN or RN
Minimum Education Required
Graduate of accredited licensed vocational nursing program or registered nurse program
Minimum Licensure
LVN; CA RN; CAR INS; DRV LIC; CT CPRBLS
Special Skills Required

Preferred Experience
One year of nursing experience preferred. Med/Surg or acute hospital experience preferred Home Health experience preferred
