Job Description: Under the administrative supervision of the Program/Center Manager, clinical direction of a Center RN, and clinical supervision of the Associate Nurse Manager, the Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct nursing services to participants. Primary Tasks: · Medication administration · Same-day triage · Medication care coordination · Medication processing · EHR navigation Requirements: · Valid, untarnished licensed vocational nurse license · BLS certification · Open to new grad LVNs depending on experience General Comments LVN Center – Clinic LVN – DIRECT PLACEMENT Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. After the first 6 months, LVNs are put into a weekend/ PM pool in which they are trained for coverage for a Saturday, Sunday, or PM (2 pm – 10 pm) shift around every 3 weeks. Start: 3/16/25 Required: Untarnished licensed vocational nurse license. BLS certification. (Open to new grad LVNs depending on experience). Preferred: Chinese/ Cantonese (patient population of the center is largely monolingual Chinese-Cantonese speaking). Salary: $38.00/hr.
