Maxim Healthcare Services in Orange County, CA is hiring New Graduate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of 1:1 patient care.

We are currently offering new graduates LVNs or LVNS with less than a year of experience opportunities to join our private duty nursing 1:1 home care team. Our program will allow you to advance your skills, while having the flexibility to work with a number of different patients of your own.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed ordersAssess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
