LVN - System Wide Resource Team for Clinic Teams - Full-Time

This is a benefited, full-time, Monday through Friday position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour DAY shift schedule. The role has variable start times ranging from 6:30am - 10am. There may be some opportunities to work Saturdays if needed. This position is part of the System Wide Resource Team, so the expectation is that you be available to work at all clinic sites as needed, typically in 3 months assignments. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in a floating environment, has adequate experience working in acute care and has experience with general med surg. In this role as part of the System Wide Resource Team, you will be supporting the organization by being flexible to work at all Scripps Clinic locations as needed.

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will:

Perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate.Educate patients and families and document patient interactions.Practice infection control and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.
