Lymphedema Therapist
Rutland Regional Medical Center
Under the direction of the Department Leadership the staff Lymphedema therapist evaluates, establishes goals, plans and performs treatment, assesses treatment effectiveness, and makes discharge recommendations. In addition the lymphedema therapist collaborates with DME providers to obtain necessary supplies for the patient.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher degree from an educational program for occupational or physical therapists. Extensive training in Lymphedema ManagementMinimum Work Experience
3 years of professional experience.Required Licenses/Certifications
State licensure (or eligible) as an Occupational or Physical Therapist. BLS Certification through American Heart Association. Certified Lymphedema TherapistRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Strong Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and relate information to individuals of varying ages from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.Pay Range = $32.01 - $51.15
