Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an M& A Analytics Manager in Dallas, Texas, 75202, United States. The individual in this role will be instrumental in preparing and presenting financial analysis, conducting due diligence for acquisition targets, and supporting key corporate initiatives. Responsibilities: • Administering the due diligence process for potential acquisition targets by creating detailed work plans and coordinating crucial milestones. • Preparing and presenting financial analyses, projections, and valuations of potential acquisition, de novo, and relocation targets, including strategic and operational analysis. • Building relationships with and providing essential support to Development and Operations. • Comparing actual results to the budget for projects post-close, including variance analysis and key measures. • Preparing ad hoc analyses to evaluate growth opportunities and support key corporate initiatives. • Utilizing skills such as '3M', 'Concur', 'CRM', 'Crystal Reports', 'Data Mining Techniques', 'About Time', 'Accounting Functions', 'Annual Budget', 'Auditing', 'Budget Processes' to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the role. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M is essential for the role. • Familiarity with Concur is required. • Experience with CRM systems is necessary. • Knowledge in using Crystal Reports is a must. • Ability to apply Data Mining Techniques is crucial. • Proficiency in About Time software is beneficial. • Understanding of Accounting Functions is mandatory. • Ability to manage and create an Annual Budget is needed. • Experience in Auditing is a requisite. • Familiarity with Budget Processes is fundamental for this role.
