Skills, Education and Attitude •Negotiating and influencing skills, coupled with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) •Strong commercial acumen. •Bachelor qualification with background in Law. Professional degree of Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant will be an added advantage •2 to 5 years of professional experience working with tier 1 law firms •Knowledge of the due diligence process and warranties and indemnities, as well as familiarity with transaction documents such as sale and purchase agreements, will be an added advantage. 2025-85586
