M&A Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team. The role also involves supporting business development activities and post-close project work. What the day will look like ·Complete project tasks as defined in RACI, adhering to SLA and quality standards. ·Monitor project progress, create schedules, and provide updates to stakeholders. ·Coordinate tasks within projects and maintain workflow. ·Escalate risks to the team coordinator/manager. ·Conduct project onboarding and compliance tasks. ·Manage day-to-day support and escalation of issues. ·Join calls, take notes, and update the project tracker. ·Produce client-facing stewardship reports. ·Request invoicing and track payments. ·Support new joiners with training and assistance. ·Work on new procedures within the team. Education & Certification · University education. · Domain-specific first-level certificate is an asset.
