Description: - Supports M&A from a cross functional perspective - Looking for 1-2 PM’s help project management across business unit functions - Focused on the business unit side, - Be able to manage dependencies on IT, DGMU, and cross functional functions and be able to pick up on how technology integrates with actuarial and claims, how things flow into the Digital MGU, would need a longer-term resource for this work. - Oversee the integration work and help with future state as it transfers into the business - Supports the first year of integration activities, then after 12 months it falls off of IMO and into the business side - Manage TSA’s - Strong and prioritizing the Skills Set, Project Management and Insurance and M&A - Policy management System, Jeff has been assisting a lot and his would be very successful, understanding within IMS or ConceptOne, ERP system or corporate system that can involve from acquisition - Year-long contract, 1 would need to work flexible UK hours as busier mornings and one US time zone, (8-10 window).
