As an M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams Tank TAFT Primary Instructor/Site Lead you will lead a team of diverse individuals to:

Provide Poland Army M1A2 SEPv3 TAFT training and technical support Provide expert advice and training to Polish Army personnel on techniques and procedures similar to U.S. Army M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams.  A week in the life of a M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams Tank TAFT Primary Instructor/Site Lead:

Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for TAFT. Be responsible for coordinating and conducting the Polish Abrams TAFT Program and also perform the duties of the Project Manager (PM) in the event the PM is absent. Acts as liaison between the PM, instructors, students, U.S. Army SATMO, and Polish Army. Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the M1A2 SEPv3 Program. Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required.
