A week in the life of theM1A2 SEPv3 Abrams Tank TAFT Master Gunner Advisor​​​​​​​includes: + Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the employment and operations of the M1 system. + Acts as an Instructor/Advisor supporting the Program Manager, Site Lead, other instructors, students, U.S. Army SATMO, and Polish Army. + Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the M1A2 SEPv3 Program. Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required. Job Requirements + Must have a SECRET clearance + Eleven years of relevant experience required + Five (5) years of experience as a MOS 19K in a U.S. Army M1 Abrams Battalion. + One or more of the following: + Certification as an Abrams Master Gunner from the U.S. Army + Previously qualified as a M1 Abrams Tank Commander for Gunnery Tables, IAW the Crew Qualification standard as stated in TC3-20.31.
