The Position
Kaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC, is seeking an M365 Administrator. The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:Perform troubleshooting, research and documentation of incidents and problemsUse ticketing system to properly document and escalate issues as reportedIdentify and report status of critical incidents and problems to IT leadershipCorrective and preventative maintenance support to identify and correct performance and implementation failures, faults or defaults that impair system and equipment performance and functionalityProvide high level technical support remotely for hardware and softwareQualifications3-5 years IT experienceMust have extensive knowledge of endpoints and cloud services including M365, Teams Premium, Windows 10 & 11 Pro & Enterprise, Windows Server, Android and iOS operating systemsProficient understanding of networks protocols, networking in the public cloud best practices, Azure Landing Zone, etc. Guidance on Azure B2B, multi-tenant management and separation for several areas of the business Experience working with virtualization platforms: Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare and Windows Clustering Experience administering M365, Teams Premium, Exchange Hybrid, Entra ID, Intune MDM, SCCM CMG and co-management with Intune, and SharePoint Online Experience and deployment success with M365 Defender, M365 Purview, Azure ATP, and Power Automate & Power Platform  Experience with SharePoint Online information barriers, sensitivity labels and segmenting in SharePoint Online and OneDrive Industry certifications desired: MCSE, VCP, NCDA or NCIE, etc.Experience with DR/BC and/or application migrations tools such as Veeam and M365 Backup (Preview)Hands on working knowledge of networking hardware, communications, and cloud solutionsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsFlexibility to handle varying workload and multiple projectsAbility to self-educate on current and upcoming technology trends Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset, a good listener, and a team playerApplicants for employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Kaufman Hall (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)Education - BS degree in Computer Science or similar filed, or equivalent practical experience
