The Microsoft 365 administrator manages the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the university's Microsoft 365 environment. This hybrid position involves managing email services, Teams, InTune and other cloud-based applications to ensure a seamless and secure digital environment for faculty, staff, and students as a team. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Microsoft 365 environment operates at its best, supporting the academic and administrative functions that make our university thrive.

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldPrevious experience in Microsoft 365 administration, with Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)Knowledge of email systems, collaboration tools, and cloud-based servicesExperience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automationFamiliarity with security best practices and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience in an educational institution or university settingKnowledge of single sign-on (SSO) and identity management solutionsFamiliarity with third-party Microsoft 365 add-ons and integrations
