PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience working directly with end-users/customers to troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft OneDrive.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting email end user issues related to Outlook, M365, Outlook Web, Mobile Devices, permissions, mail flow, calendars and distribution lists and fulfilling associated email service requests.
Experience configuring/supporting Microsoft 365 products, including AD Connect, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive in a security focused environment.
Follow best practices and established procedures for maintaining OS, network, and hardware related security to include antivirus, firewall rules, least privilege NTFS/share permissions, and installation of security updates for the operating system and associated hardware.
Proactive in creating and maintaining server and infrastructure documentation including detailed information of server and network configurations, application installations, and problems/resolution for future reference.Performs project analysis/implementation/support.Performs rotating and supplemental on-call.Plans and analyzes project budgets. Implements systems.Performs System support.Performs Technical Services administration/maintenance of assigned servers.Performs server hardware maintenance. Performs application level support.

Position Compensation Range: $29.54 - $47.26 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required
Experience: 0 - 3 years relevant experience required. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Licensure: None required
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
