Owns critical high volume AMHS equipment and processes the mass production of integrated circuits.
Recommends and implements modifications for operating the equipment in order to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and optimizing production availability for existing products, to meet safety, quality and cost indicator goals.
Owns execution of maintenance and repair activities for AMHS equipment and relevant module of components.
Initiates and owns the continuous improvement of equipment and process for key performance indicators (e.g., safety, quality, cost, productivity) and works with equipment suppliers as required.
Develops metrics and monitors for AMHS systems. Leads a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) preventive maintenance program of AMHS equipment that enables the equipment to meet availability targets
Uses data analytics to identify and fix issues with equipment.
Works with suppliers to troubleshoot issues with existing and new AMHS equipment.
Drives project management for specific projects including activities such as defining user requirement, planning, budgeting, forecasting, design, procurement, schedule development, installation, adoption, and postimplementation review.Works across factories to drive product continuous improvement roadmaps that improve manufacturing equipment performance and achieve new equipment performance targets
During factory ramps, owns equipment install/conversion and qualification to ensure tools are installed safely and on schedule, while meeting all quality/matching criteria (from design through Safety Level 1 and Safety Level Supplier milestones, Intel qual and manufacturing readiness processes).
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Cert or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electro-Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or similar
Discipline (Level 7 degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Engineering role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ensure compliance to all Safety requirements
Apply advanced troubleshooting to automation system problems and drive continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs
Working with technicians and other functions to develop Prescriptive, Predictive and Preventative maintenance program to ensure designated site equipment operate safe
